The O Lingot d'Oc estate is 2km from the Canal du Midi and is on the routes of cycle tourists visiting the Corbières, Minervois and the Narbonne coast.

We are organized to welcome you in the best possible way.

As for your "mountains," they can be serviced on-site, especially since we also rent bicycles and electric bikes. We have everything you need: pump, puncture repair kit, keys, cleaning supplies, and of course, outlets to recharge your batteries. Of course, your bikes can be stored in a dry place in our large garage.

If you are spending several days there or arriving earlier, we can store your luggage and even have it transported to your next destination thanks to our partner Taxi JC Dumas.

We will also take care of cyclists with the pool to stretch out by swimming a little and the jacuzzi to relax.

If you haven't planned anything for dinner and your legs are telling you to stay put all evening, we can activate our emergency solution: Seasonal starters (salads, tomatoes, melon) + pizza to order from our partner Instant Pizza + dessert (ice cream, homemade yogurt or seasonal fruit). Soft drinks, wines, beers are self-service in your accommodations. Breakfasts are included in the rates of the guest rooms.

Pascal, a wellness massage practitioner, offers a one-hour retreat just for you. The combined techniques used are drawn from Californian, Swedish, Thai, and Shiatsu (Japanese) massage.

Pascal will be delighted to meet and welcome you. Our partner offers one-hour sessions at a price of €50 per hour.

Fabienne is a practitioner of energy healing, foot reflexology, and massage. Fabienne uses essential oils and melodies for a complete sensory journey. If you choose her, Fabienne will call you beforehand to tailor the treatment to your needs. Our partner offers sessions lasting 1 to 1.5 hours at a price of approximately €70 per hour.
