The estate is also right next to the Canal du Midi (2km). 
 

And if you want to get away from the cocooning and get a bit more active, 
Mountain bikes and VTCs can be booked for trips to the Canal du Midi, climbing the surrounding hills, or going to the big market in Lézignan on Wednesdays.
Kayaks (4) and Stands Up Paddle (3) can be hired with trailer and all safety equipment included.
And, of course, we'll be happy to provide you with boules for a game of pétanque.

There are several fishing spots around the estate: lake 4km away, river Aude 2km, canal 2.5km.
