Located in Occitanie, in the Aude, on the border of the Corbières and the Minervois, between the City of Carcassonne (40 minutes to the west), the beaches of Narbonne (25 minutes to the East), Minerve the pearl of the Minervois (30 minutes to the North) and Lagrasse in Corbières (30 minutes to the South), our agro-tourism estate is located in the heart of an area rich in heritage and magnificent natural sites. The Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, flows just 2 km away (a walk west to Lake Jouarres at Homps or east to Le Somail). Royal fortresses known as Cathar castles are all around: Aguilar, Lastours, Montségur, Peyrepertuse, Puilaurens, Quéribus, Termes, and Carcassonne, which is also on its way to UNESCO recognition. Other heritage sites to discover include the magnificent abbeys of Fontfroide and Lagrasse.
All around the estate, vineyards and the Aude countryside: Enjoy the 10 hectares of the estate, let your dog run around (which is welcome),Take a stroll through the vineyards and hills around, accessible on foot and by bike, and see the canal nearby.
For those who enjoy outdoor activities, we offer electric mountain bikes and hybrid bikes for rent to explore the surrounding area, climb the hills, visit the large market in Lézignan on Wednesdays, and of course, cycle along the Canal du Midi. Inflatable stand-up paddleboards are also available for rent and can be transported in the trunk of your car. We also provide pétanque balls for a game on the boules court.
Around the estate, several fishing spots await you: a lake 4 km away, the Aude river 2 km away, the canal 2.5 km away and of course the sea.
The estate also develops an agricultural regeneration activity, including olive trees, fruit trees, but also ongoing projects on pistachio trees, pomegranate trees, cereals, almond trees and even carob trees.
For your comfort during your business trips, while not a hotel, the Ô Lingot d'Oc estate offers an overnight stay in a guest room at a reasonable price, including breakfast and access to the jacuzzi area – a truly relaxing stopover. All our rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a desk and Wi-Fi. For meals, some of our partners deliver to the estate.
