The cottage is located in the heart of an agricultural estate in full regeneration (Olive trees, orchards, cereals, etc.) and surrounded by vineyards.
You can walk there without restrictions and even with your dog who will be welcome too.
A large swimming pool is at your disposal as well as a jacuzzi (winter and summer).

Around for your stay you will enjoy the Canal du Midi at 2km, the sea at only 35km, the City of Carcassonne at 40km, Narbonne (less known but so pleasant) at 20km, the city of Minerve at 25km, the magnificent village and its Lagrasse abbey 20km away, and Fontfroide abbey 20km away.

Large 80m² gîte with 2 bedrooms equipped with 160x200cm beds that can be separated into 2 80x200cm beds if necessary.
The largest bedroom allows for a baby bed, and the TV area is equipped with a pull-out bed as a sofa for an additional person.
The large living room/kitchen overlooks the large bay window. This large space could potentially accommodate a large family who may have reserved several accommodations on the estate. As such, we are in partnership with a caterer from Lézignan Corbières who can, if necessary, offer you menus for your group meals.
The whole is completed by separate WC and a bathroom.
Outside you will enjoy a large wooden terrace overlooking the pine forest and the balcony behind the bay window.
The cottage is fully air-conditioned. it is powered by photovoltaic panels above its roof.
To enhance your stay we offer rental of mountain bikes, electric VTCs, inflatable Stand Up Paddles and we have made for you a selection of the best artisanal products produced around as well as the olive oil produced on the estate.
By reserving the 3 gîtes on the estate (+ as an additional option the 2 guest rooms) you can organize your stay with us in a group of 6 to 15 people.
The 50m² Pomme de Pin gîte with its large master suite and sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2-3 people.
The Terro blanco cottage of 50m² with its 2 bedrooms with 2 80x200 beds coupled or separated can accommodate 2 to 4 people
The large Bellevue gîte with its 2 bedrooms and pull-out bed in the living room can accommodate 3 to 5 people.
It is in this 80m² gîte with its large 45m² living room that you can bring the group together for meals or work meetings.
The 2 guest rooms are 50m away in the other building.

At the heart of magnificent tourist sites: the city of Carcassonne, Minerve and the Minervois, Lagrasse and the Fontfroide Abbey in the Corbières, Narbonne, the African reserve of Sigean and of course Gruissan and its large beaches.
The estate is also right next to the Canal du Midi (2km).
And if you wanted to get out of cocooning and get a little more active,
Electric mountain bikes and VTCs can be reserved to go along the Canal du Midi, climb the surrounding hills or go to the large Lézignan market on Wednesdays.
Inflatable Stand Up Paddles (2) can be rented and transported in the trunk of your car.
Obviously we will find you balls for a game of pétanque under the olive trees
Around the estate several fishing spots: lake 4km away, the Aude 2km away, the canal 2.5km away and the sea of course.

Let's finish with us, With my wife Sandrine we have been working in contact with farmers for 30 years. In addition to the estate, Sandrine is an advisor to the Chamber of Agriculture and I manage the estate and I work in agricultural real estate in the department.
